Using Sick Time

Sick Leave Procedures

At BCS, we prioritize your health and safety. By following these procedures, we can ensure that our employees and residents are protected and our standards are maintained. To be eligible for sick pay, please make sure to adhere to the BCS sick leave policy. If you have any questions regarding the BCS Employee Health policies, please reach out to your supervisor or directly contact Employee Health, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are sick:

Contact your supervisor

You must inform your supervisor at least 2 hours before your shift.

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Submit a Doctor's Note

You will need to turn a doctor’s note in to Employee Health as soon as possible so your supervisor can cover your shifts.
On the Job Injuries

You must report any on-the-job injuries immediately to your supervisor and Employee Health.
