Most of us will sometimes need some assistance, want to pay it forward by volunteering, or even recognize a fellow employee who has gone above and beyond. These programs are designed to take care of our employees and put them and their families first.

Hope Fund
This program offers highly confidential financial help to BCS employees who have experienced an unforeseen crisis or emergency. Some common things we help with include car and home repairs, utility bills, rent, and medical needs.
Amarillo Town Club Memberships
BCS offers discounted Amarillo Town Club memberships, which can be reimbursed in full for eligible employees who check in at least eight times per month.
Employee Meal Program
At Baptist Community Services, we believe that taking care of our employees is essential to creating a positive work environment. That’s why we offer all of our employees a weekly food credit that can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
See Something, Say Something
This program is designed to help prevent and address situations regarding bullying or harassment, legal/policy violations, discriminatory treatment by manager, co-worker, or customer, abuse or neglect, or retaliation.
BCS Cares
BCS Cares is a confidential, no-questions-asked program where active BCS employees can get nutritional food items for themselves and their immediate family if the need arises.
Off the Clock
This is a network of volunteers made up of BCS employees helping a wide variety of worthy community service organizations in the Amarillo area. Off the Clock volunteers pick the projects that best fit their desires, giftings, and schedules.

The Employee of the Month uses The Excellence in Action Program to award employees and managers for their noteworthy contributions and dedication.
Wellness Program
Full-time and part-time employees can earn cash incentives through points earned by completing various components offered through our program.
Referral Program
We’re always looking for great people to join our team, and you can help. If you know someone you think would be a great addition to an open position throughout BCS and who meets the qualifications, it may be worth up to $500.
Branch
BCS offers employees the opportunity to advance up to 50% of the money they’ve already earned—whether it’s wages, tips, mileage reimbursements, or more.
