Referral Program

We are always on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our team, and we need your help to find them. If you know someone who would be a perfect fit for any of the open positions across BCS and meets the required qualifications, you could be in for a reward of up to $500.

To refer a candidate who meets the requirements, kindly fill out the Candidate Referral Form provided by our HR department. If your referral is successfully hired, you will receive a payment of $500 (after taxes).

Requirements

  • To be eligible, the applicant must enter the referring BCS employee’s name through the BCS application form.
  • A referred employee must be hired within three months of the initial referral date.
  • Only full-time and part-time open positions are eligible. (An employee cannot get a referral bonus for referring a PRN candidate.)
  • Director-level (directors, building managers, administrators), executive staff, and HR employees are excluded from receiving referral bonuses. Eligible managers cannot refer staff in their departments.
  • The referring employee will receive $500 when the referred employee receives their first paycheck.
  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for this bonus.
  • All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization’s policies and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
