Referral Program

We are always on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our team, and we need your help to find them. If you know someone who would be a perfect fit for any of the open positions across BCS and meets the required qualifications, you could be in for a reward of up to $500.

To refer a candidate who meets the requirements, kindly fill out the Candidate Referral Form provided by our HR department. If your referral is successfully hired, you will receive a payment of $500 (after taxes).

Requirements

  • The hiring of a referred employee must occur within three months of the initial referral 
  • To be eligible, the Employee Referral Form must be completed and sent to HR no later than 30 days following the referred employee’s hire date. 
  • Only full-time and part-time open positions are eligible. (In other words, an employee cannot get a referral bonus for referring a PRN candidate 
  • All Management and HR employees are excluded from receiving referral bonuses. 
  • To be eligible for an award, either (1) the referrals must be submitted to Human Resources and must include a Candidate Referral Form or (2) the applicant must enter the referring BCS employee name on their initial application. 
  • The referring employee will receive $500 when the referred employee receives his/her first paycheck. 
  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment. 
  • All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization’s policies and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
