Where do I see my vacation accuals?
All vacation, holiday, and anniversary days can be found in your UKG Dimensions account dashboard.
You can access it by visiting your DUO Central Apps page.
What is UKG Dimensions?
UKG Dimensions is the HR software that you can use to track your vacation accruals, view your timecard, request time off, view your paystubs, and much more. If you need help accessing your account, please contact HR at (806) 337-4159.
How do I access UKG Dimensions?
To access “UKG Dimensions”, please navigate to your Duo Central page, which can be found by clicking “My Apps” in the top navigation. Once you’re on the page, click the “UKG Dimensions” option.

Where do I access my retirement account?
Our retirement plans are set up through BPAS. You can manage your retirement account or set up a retirement account from the online portal. The BPAS plan code is: BAPCOM4199
How do I make changes to my retirement account?
Our retirement plans now offer online management. It’s fast and easy!
For new users:
- Go to the BPAS University home page Click Here. We encourage you to explore the tools and resources within BPAS U to learn more about saving for your financial future.
- When you’re ready, navigate to Account Login at the top. On the drop-down menu, choose Retirement Plan > Setup Your Online Account.
- Enter your personal information and the 10-character Plan Code (see above), then click Submit.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your information, obtain a one-time passcode, and complete your account setup.
- Once logged in, navigate to Complete Your Enrollment.
Existing Users:
- When you’re ready, navigate to Account Login at the top. On the drop-down menu, choose Retirement Plan > Login to Your Account
How can I sign up for health benefits?
Please contact HR if you are a new employee or if you have experienced a qualifying event (marriage, new baby, loss of insurance, etc.)
How do I access my IMS account?
If you are enrolled in BCS benefits, you can access your IMS (insurance) account via the IMS member portal.

When is Employee Health Available?
The hours for the Employee Health office are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Employee Health is also available 24/7 via the on-call phone number.

What if I get injured on the job?
You must report any on-the-job injuries immediately to your supervisor and Employee Health.

How do I submit a work order?
To submit an IT work order, please use the online form located in the My Apps section (DUO Central).
How do I share files in Google Drive?
To share a file in google drive, open the file you want to share and click the “Share” button. For a more detailed tutorial, please visit the Help Topics page.
How do I access my BCS email?
The BCS email is provided through gmail. You can access it by visiting you Duo Central page or by visiting gmail.com.
To log in, enter your bcs email (example: youremail@bcsama.org)
Complete the login through DUO central.
Employee Meal Program
Do I have to sign up for the Employee Meal Program?
No. All BCS employees are automatically enrolled in the program once they are hired.
Where can I use my employee meal credit?
All employees receive a weekly meal credit that can be used to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at The Eatery, The Market, or any Park Central dining room.
How do I use my meal credit?
It’s simple:
- For The Eatery: Order online and pick up your food at The Eatery’s pick up area, or order in person at The Eatery and scan your badge to redeem your credit at checkout.
- For The Market: Order in person at The Market and scan your badge to redeem your credit at checkout.
- For the Dining Rooms: Call the front desk of the building you are ordering from to place your order. You must take your meals from the dining rooms to go. You can eat at the predetermined break areas on campus or at The Eatery.
How much credit do I get per week?
- Full-time Employee: $32.50 per week (equals 5 value meals/week)
- Part-time Employees: $26.00 per week (equals 4 value meals/week)
- PRN Employees: $13.00 per week (equals 2 value meals/week)
*Credits renew every Sunday. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits will be tracked through your employee number.

How do I order from the Eatery online?
To order ahead of time from the Eatery, you will need to login to your Fullcount account, select a pickup time, and choose your meal. For assistance with your account, please contact IT at (806) 337-5290
How do I order from a Park Central Dining Room?
Employee meals purchased from a Park Central dining room must be ordered though the front desk of the building you would like to order from.
