Give a George
For more than 25 years, the BCS Hope Fund has provided highly confidential financial help to any BCS employee who has experienced an unforeseen crisis or emergency event. Some of the more common things we help with include car and home repairs, utility bills, rent, and medical/dental needs. In addition to individual emergency requests, the Hope Fund also offers assistance to employees and their families who need school supplies in August and/or children’s Christmas gifts in December.

Examples of Help Given:
- Single parent-child in ICU/hospital for several days
- Dental emergency – significant infection was creating negative health ramifications
- Employees needing specialty medical help out of town
- Busted water main on employee’s property
- Employees with extreme medical needs – off work longer than BCS benefits would cover
- New employees – financial struggles due to lost paychecks between jobs
- Employees with personal finances in disarray – needed counsel/guidance
- Car repairs for employees who must have transportation in order to get to work and keep their jobs
- Death of an employee’s immediate family member who had insufficient life insurance coverage
